Sam’s Grilled Salmon

Ingedients:

  • 1 lb Salmon (the rule is 1/2 pound per person, so scale to fit)
  • 1/2 Tbl Chili powder
  • 1/2 Tbl cilantro
  • 1/2 Tbl basil
  • 1/2 Tbl parsley
  • 1/4 Tbl salt
  • 1/4 Tbl pepper
  • 1 Tbl olive oil

Combine all ingedients into a paste, and spread over top of the Salmon. Grill top down first, starting at high heat (about 450) to sear in the juices. Flip after 5 minutes, continue grilling at 350 until fish is flaky.
