Sam’s Grilled Salmon
Ingedients:
- 1 lb Salmon (the rule is 1/2 pound per person, so scale to fit)
- 1/2 Tbl Chili powder
- 1/2 Tbl cilantro
- 1/2 Tbl basil
- 1/2 Tbl parsley
- 1/4 Tbl salt
- 1/4 Tbl pepper
- 1 Tbl olive oil
Combine all ingedients into a paste, and spread over top of the Salmon. Grill top down first, starting at high heat (about 450) to sear in the juices. Flip after 5 minutes, continue grilling at 350 until fish is flaky.
