Sam’s Cowboy Steak

The R.M.P.C. Cowboy Steak

Ingredients:

  • 4 2-inch-thick ribeye steaks
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic

Step 1: Thoroughly coat steaks with coarse kosher salt, course black pepper, and garlic powder. Place steaks on a large plate or in a large plastic bag.

Step 2: Mix a marinade of the above ingredients in a small bowl and cover steaks with mixture. Make 3-4 very small punctures in the steaks and allow them to marinade for 30 - 60 minutes.
